The emphasis of this hands-on class is gluten free deserts – no flour substitutions required!

Desserts include flourless chocolate truffle cake, coconut macaroon tarts and flourless pecan

cookies. Classic and modern variations will be produced and products can be taken home at

to understand. Whether you’re a die-hard wine and cheese fan or just want to indulge, this

class will teach you how to pair artisan cheeses with the perfect counterpart. The class will

showcase both classic and unconventional pairings. Learn which cheese types best match

your favorite wines. Perfect for: cheese lovers or anyone who’s ever been asked to bring wine

and cheese to a party. (1 meeting)

XBS066 TASC PREPARATION

Tuition $150.00

As of January 2014, New York State replaced the GED exam with the Test Assessing

Secondary Completion (TASC). This comprehensive basic skills and college preparation

course is a complete program that provides the student with individualized assessment, 90

hours of instruction, computer lab time, practice tests and an opportunity to apply to sit for the

TASC exam.

All students must be 18 years of age or older to register for these classes.
