F-1 Student Visa Application Requirements:
• Complete an admissions application, including a non-refundable
application fee.
• Complete an Application for SEVIS Form I-20.
• Provide a Housing Sponsorship Form and copy of proof of residence.
• Provide a Financial Sponsorship Form and proof of finances.
• Provide an Education Credential Evaluation.
• Provide proof of English proficiency.
• Provide a copy of a valid passport identification page.
Additional Requirements for F-1 students transferring in:
• Provide a copy of your Form I-94 (Arrival-Departure Record).
• Provide a copy of your F-1 student visa.
• Provide copies of all previous SEVIS Form(s) I-20.
• Provide a Transfer Recommendation Form.
Language Training – Intensive English Program
For students not applying for a degree program, the College offers an
Intensive English Program. Students are required to submit all of the
documentation above, except for proof of English proficiency.
