POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Answering phones and routing to appropriate staff member.  Taking messages
  • Assist in facilitating office communication including screening and routing in person inquiries.
  • Organizing, logging and distributing incoming mail
  • Filing
  • Making copies
  • Perform other diverse duties as assigned by the supervisor


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills are required. Experience using MS Windows especially Outlook, Word is preferred. Prior employment experience in a professional office environment is preferred.  The ideal candidate must able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to assist in problem solving questions and concerns from the Campus community.

 



HIRING SALARY:

 

 

$14.14 HR.  NON-NEGOTIABLE

This position is part time 

Monday through Friday between 10am-2pm for a maximum of 17.0 hours per week
