| Form Instructions To have your official transcript sent directly to another institution or agency, print the Transcript Request Form and fill it out. Take the completed form to your campus Registrar's Office along with your signed SCCC ID card if you are a currently enrolled student. If you are not enrolled, you may use your driver's license. Your request will be processed within ten business days. |

Online Instructions If you would like to have your official transcript sent to your home address, you may complete your Transcript Request Form online. Note that the online form cannot be used at this time to have your transcript sent directly to another institution or agency. |
