To view message size

Click on your inbox,   Notice the column headings From, Subject, and Received

Right click in the area of the column field names to open the drop down menu and choose Field Chooser

Choose the field name Size and drag it up and drop it next to the word Received.

Click the word Size to arrange all the messages in the box ascending or descending (it toggles between the two) by size.

This will allow a quick view of the largest messages in the box.  The box has a limit of 100MG

That is the same as 100,000KB or100,000,000B. If the numbers don’t make sense to you,

KEEP IN MIND:

Each unit changes names when you get to 1000 of that unit. The basic unit is a byte (B). If you have 1000 bytes,  you can then call it 1 kilobyte (KB) If you have 1000 kilobytes, you can then call it 1 megabyte (MB). If you have 1000 megabytes, you can then call it 1 gigabyte (G)
