1. html coded messages

To minimize the size of your outgoing messages, check the Compose in this format: in your Options

Tools>Options>

Rich Text will give you formatting options for the text in your messages.

Html will create the same message but the size of the message will be at least one third larger because of the embedded code with an html message.

2. Logos

Avoid using logos which can be large graphic files.

The current SCCC logo (letterhead) used in a file attachment is a very large file as opposed to a simple Word doc.
