Saving Attachments to your machine

 

1.      Click on your inbox,   Open a message which has a document attachment.

2.      Right click on the attachment. Click Save Target As….

3.      Save the document to a location on your PC.

4.      Delete the message and Empty the “Deleted Items” folder.
