Mailbox  Tips – Expiring Messages

Do you send messages to Distribution Lists?

If so, please use the message expiration feature to remove the message from the receipents mailbox after it is no longer useful. In a new message, Options,

click Expires After, enter date, close. If it is never read, it will be unavailable after that time.
