The procedure for changing the semester an appliant is applying for:
- WITHDREW - The student withdraws their application prior to being accepted.
- DECLINED - The student withdraws their application after being accepted.
- DENIED - The student has been denied acceptance for the current application.
- Second, change the applied semester and completion date to that of
the new semester, and enter the REACTIVE contact to create an application
for the new semester. Note: If possible, it is best to wait
till the following day for this step. By waiting a day, the mainframe file
will be updated to reflect the withdrawal of the intitial application prior
to adding the new application.
- Third, if the first and second steps are done in the same day, a "W"
will have to be manually added to the initial application in ADMU. If this
is not done, the mainframe will still have an active application for the
initial semester.
