The Suffolk County Community College Office of Human Resources
staff will use the best available sources, theories, and techniques to provide integrated human services to the SCCC community.
The HR staff will strive to assist the college with the management of its work
force and organizational visions to improve its ability to meet future environments with which it will interact.
HR staff will work to enable the College to best utilize the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its diverse faculty and staff.
SCCC HR members will provide on-line
information for faculty and staff enabling access to employee's pertinent
information 24 hours a day.
